Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all the Moms and Moms to Be out there! I hope your day was as special as mine. We got up and went to church first thing in the morning. Sierra had to give a talk in Primary and she did a great job. She had it all memorized, but made me help her once she got up there. After church, Jay made lunch and put the kids down for their quiet time, which didn't last long at all. So, Jay took them upstairs to wrap my presents and then they brought them down so I could open them. I got a Christus statue for the front room, the Star Wars trilogy on DVD, and a couple of books. I was so excited to get the new Fablehaven book, as well as Stephenie Meyer's new book, The Host. After we watched the Jazz game (GO JAZZ), we decided to go up to my Mom's house for dinner since I wasn't cooking and Jay only knows how to make grilled cheese. They had a party the night before, so there was lots of good food left, including an ice cream bar! Mmmmmmm. We played a few games and hung out for awhile before we came home. It was a fun day and I'm so glad to be a mom. For all the trouble the kids get into, they sure do make life more fulfilling!
