Amazingly, Sierra hasn't seemed bothered by her toes at all. I think she's absolutely crazy! Her toes are still bleeding on the top, under the nail, but they are actually healing quite well. You'll be glad to hear that I have been changing her bandages everyday without the slightest side effects! I don't know what was wrong with me that day.
She has been wearing sandals everyday since Friday and has been a real trooper. She wanted to go to gymnastics on Monday, so I talked with her coach before class to fill her in on what happened. I cringed everytime she jumped, rolled, or ran, but she said they didn't hurt a bit. Soccer practice was tonight, and this was the first time that she has actually put on shoes. I think it's a good thing her cleats are a little big, or her bandaged toes never would have fit. She said they hurt a little bit, but it still didn't slow her down at all. She has absolutely amazed me with the way she has dealt with her injury. Then again, it would be nice to have her just relax on the couch with me a little bit. I don't think she knows the meaning of the word!

I'm glad to hear that she is doing great! She is a big trooper and definitely a whirlwind of energy! I'd probably just lay around all day and make Jim take care of everything ;)
I don't blame you at all for feeling faint. I can't look at stitches or a needle poking skin without getting sick.
