We took the chance to go to the Qquirrh Mountain Temple Open House as a family last Thursday. We invited my parents to go along since everyone else in our family has already been. It was a good experience for us. When we walked into the Celestial Room, Jaxson looked around and said "Wow!". I think Brooke liked the Baptismal Font. She just kept saying "Water" over and over again. 
Then again, after we got in the car, I asked the kids what their favorite part was and Sierra said, "The cookies." (They gave out cookies and water after you were finished walking through.) Oh well, it's always nice to get away and feel the Spirit!

I think it's great to introduce it to them early, even if their favorite part are the cookies! It's a part of your life and they never get to go inside. When we walk around the temple here, Ty always wants to go inside and meet Jesus.
Wouldn't it be great if we could! You've gotta love the faith that kids have.
