Soccer!

When I asked Sierra what she wanted to do this summer, she said she wanted to play soccer like her cousin, Jessie. Well, I don't think she quite knew what soccer was all about. She was so excited to start, but quickly started to complain that it was too tiring and she had to run too much!
We've played all through May, and now have only three games left. We've tried to explain to her that she just can't quit and leave her team, but she doesn't understand the concept yet. She does enjoy playing once we get her there, it is just getting her ready for it that we encounter the problems. I think the part she enjoys the most is getting the treat at the end of the game!
Oh well, at least we know not to put her in again next year!
