On March 12, we had a blast for our Girl's Night Out. I had planned a long time ago to take Sierra to Disney On Ice: Princess Wishes. I asked my mom and two sisters, Steph, and Jenn, if they wanted to go, so we made it an official Girl's Night!
We met up with them about 5:00 and drove up to the Gateway Mall for dinner. We were lucky to get into California Pizza Kitchen and had just enough time for dinner. Our pizza tasted great! We then made our way over to the Energy Solutions Arena to catch the show. We saw tons of little princesses dressed up and on their way as well. It was so fun to see all the little girls. As for Sierra, her dress-ups are completely hammered. They've got stains, holes, and are pretty much falling apart. I decided to get her a princess t-shirt to wear instead of a new dress, and she was happy with that! (She had to wear it for two days!)
We walked in and found our seats and visited the gift shop before the show started. Sierra picked out an Ariel wand that lit up and plays music. We also stopped to grab some popcorn and lemonade and made it back just as the show started. Sierra was so cute to watch. She clapped and yelled when each princess came out and sang all the songs with them. She sat wide-eyed through the whole program and ate half the bucket of popcorn! When we stopped for intermission, she turned to me and said, "Can we watch it again?"
They did an awesome job with all the costumes and props and kept us entertained for two hours! We were so glad that we went and had a great time with all the girls!
